Coorg Pork Curry Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Pork (2 Lbs)
  • 1 table spoon Chilly power
  • 1 tea spoon Turmeric power
  • 1 tea spoon Cummin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 8-10 Small Onions or 2 big onions
  • 10-15 cloves of Garlic
  • 3-4 Green Chills
  • 1/2 tea spoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 table spoon Cummin Power
  • Kachampuli
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare Coorg Pork Curry
Clean the Pork fasten of period, remove additional wet. Marinate the pork in lieu of 10-15 minutes with salt, red chilly power, and turmeric.
