Halebidu is situated in Belur Taluk of Hassan District of Karnataka state. Halebidu is 23 km from Hassan city. This place also recognized by the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There are many temples with great stone carvings. These all great architecture built by Hoysala Dynasty. Some Temples name is The Twin Shiva Lings (Vishnuvardhana Hoysaleshwara Linga, Shanthaleshwara Linga, Kedareshwara temple (Built by Ketaladevi), Trikuta temple (built by Chatta Dandanayaka in 1220).
