Abbey falls is major fall in Coorg District of Karnataka state. This about 8 km from Madikeri Town. Abbey falls plunging down with enormous speed in the monsoon. Abbey falls creates by Kutuhole (small river flowing from galibeedu) and several streams combined, from here this water flows into Kaveri river. Abbey falls situated in the Western Ghats.
