- 1 Ltr Milk
- 2-3 Drops Lemon Juice
Method:
- Boil the Milk on a high flame
- Go on heating and stirring till the milk becomes fairly thick.
- When thick, add 2-3 drops of lemon Juice.
- Heat till Milk becomes quite thick.
- Remove and cool khoya.
- Use it for the pedas, laddoos, gajjar halwa and other sweets.
