Baigan Masala Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 12 small long Baigans (Brinjals)
  • 2-3 teaspoons amchur powder
  • 3 teaspoons dhanajira poder
  • 2 teaspoons chili poder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1-2 teaspoons gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons oil
Method:
  1. Cut 2 vertical silts on the brijals. Soak in water.
  2. Mix all the masala and 2 teaspoons of oil.
  3. Stuff the masala in the brijals.
  4. Heat the oil in a frypan.
  5. When hot, place all the stuffed brinjals in pan.
  6. Cover with lid.
  7. Cook on a low flame till brinjals become soft.
  8. Serve hot.
