Districts of Karnataka State

Karnataka has controversies in the border of Maharashtra State for the sharing Area between the states. So now there are 29 Districts in Karnataka, each District managed by the DC (District Commissioner or District Collector) who managing peoples problem, development, new rules for the districts. Chikballapur district is a newly created district of Karnataka which separated by the Kolar District, Ramanagaram district also separated by the Bangalore Rural District. Each District Different by others, have different culture, style.

The Districts Divided into four Groups for Political Purpose, They are
  • Bangalore Division: Bangalore, Doddaballapur, Bangalore Rural, Chikballapur, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Kolar, Ramanagara, Shimoga, Tumkur.
  • Belgaum Division: Bagalkot, Belgaum, Bijapur, Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri, Uttara Kannada.
  • Gulbarga Division: Bellary, Bidar, Gulbarga, Koppal, Raichur.
  • Mysore Division: Mandya, Chikmagalur, Dakshina Kannada, Hassan, Kodagu, Mandya, Mysore, Udupi.
