- 2 teacups mixed vegetables (French Beans, Green peas, Carrots)
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 1.5 tablespoon plain flour
- 4 cups of water
Method:
- Heat the butter in the casserole and fry the onion for a minute.
- Add vegetables and fry again for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of water and cook till vegetables are soft.
- Then add the milk.
- Mix 1.5 tablespoons of plain flour and water and add it to the soup.
- Boil for sometime. Add salt.
- Serve hot.
