Milk Vegetable Soup Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 2 teacups mixed vegetables (French Beans, Green peas, Carrots)
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1.5 tablespoon plain flour
  • 4 cups of water

Method:

  1. Heat the butter in the casserole and fry the onion for a minute.
  2. Add vegetables and fry again for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add 4 cups of water and cook till vegetables are soft.
  4. Then add the milk.
  5. Mix 1.5 tablespoons of plain flour and water and add it to the soup.
  6. Boil for sometime. Add salt.
  7. Serve hot.
