Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons rice
- 1 Ltr. Milk
- 8-10 teaspoons sugar
- Cardamom powder
- A few raisins and almonds
- Remove the skin of almonds by boiling in water, Cut into long strips.
- In a casserole, put milk and the washed rice.
- Allow to cook till milk becomes thick and rice is cooked.
- Then add sugar and raisins.
- Again cook for atleast 5-7 mins.
- Remove from the gas and let the kheer cool.
- Add the almonds, Cardamon powder and serve cold.
