Bread Pudding Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Bread slices
  • Raisins, almonds, colour
Method:
  1. Boil the milk, sugar and bread slices in casserole.
  2. Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of sugar in frypan, till it caramelizes.
  3. Add milk preparation, raisins, almonds and boil the content for a minutes without stirring.
  4. Put the gas on low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool in the Casserole.
  6. Turn the casserole upside doen over a dish.
