Corn on Toast Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 2 tea cups cooked Com
  • 1 Loaf bread
  • 2-3 chopped chilies
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 3 cups milk
  • Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Heat the ghee in a casserole.
  2. When ghee melts, add the plain flour, Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and slowly add the milk, stirring continuously.
  4. Put on heat again, stirring till sauce thickens.
  5. Add the corn, sugar, lemon juice, chilies and salt.
  6. Toast the bread slices, apply the corn mixture and serve.
