- 2 tea cups cooked Com
- 1 Loaf bread
- 2-3 chopped chilies
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 3 cups milk
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a casserole.
- When ghee melts, add the plain flour, Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and slowly add the milk, stirring continuously.
- Put on heat again, stirring till sauce thickens.
- Add the corn, sugar, lemon juice, chilies and salt.
- Toast the bread slices, apply the corn mixture and serve.
