French Toast Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon ghee or butter
  • A few drops of vanilla essence
Method:
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl till frothy.
  2. Put in Sugar, Salt, vanilla essence and milk.
  3. Beat the mixture till sugar dissolves.
  4. Soak slices of bread in the above mixture for 1 min.
  5. Heat Tava over low flame and butter in slightly.
  6. Fry the slices of bread on the tava, both sides, till brown.
  7. Serve hot with honey or syrup.
