Ingredients:
- 2 teacups uncooked rice
- 3 sliced Onions
- 2 boiled Carrots
- 2 boiled Potatoes
- 1 Coconut
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4 Cloves crushed garlic
- 4 tablespoons oil
- Tomato ketchup
- Boil the rice. Make sure each grain of cooked rice in separate.
- Cut potatoes and carrots into big pieces.
- Slice the onions.
- Fry the onion in frypan. Add garlic, turmeric powder, cloves along with the vegetables and fry again.
- Add the cooked rice, tomato ketchup and salt.
- Cover and cook on slow heat for 15 minutes until rice is soft.
- Remove and garnish with the remaining sliced onions and serve hot.
