Macaroni Tomato Sauce Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 250 gms Macaroni
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 colve garlic
  • 50 gms grated cooking cheese
  • 50 gms butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 onions cut into small pieces
Method:
  1. Cut the tomatoes, remove the seeds.
  2. Cook the macaroni in casserole for about 10 minutes in a generous quantity of boiling salted water.
  3. Meanwhile, heat 30 gms butter in frypan and try the onions, tomatoes with garlic, salt and paper.
  4. Cover the pan and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes. When the macaroni is cooked, drain well.
  5. Lightly butter the frypan and pour in the macaroni.
  6. Spread the cooked tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated cheese and small blobs of butter.
  7. Cover and cook on slow heat till cheese melts.
