Kopra Pak Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 4 Cups grated fresh Coconuts
  • 2 -21/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
Method:
  1. In small vessel dissolve the saffron in 1 cup milk.
  2. Mix the grated coconut and sugar in a casserole and put on gas on low heat. Keep on strirring.
  3. After the sugar melts in the coconut mixture, add milk and saffron and go on cooking till the mixture becomes thick.
  4. To test if done, remove a small portion and see if a ball is formed with fingers.
  5. When ready, put in a thali and cut into desired shapes.
