Potato Rosti Recipes

Ingredients:
  • ½ Kg of Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 70-80 gms. Cheese (grated)
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  1. Wash potatoes and put them to boil.
  2. When nearly cooked, remove from the water, peel and grate them. Add salt.
  3. In a frypan heat the butter and spread the potato mixture. Press with spatula.
  4. Let it cook for 10 mints, on low gas.
  5. When slightly golden, turn the potato mixture mixtyre upside down in one piece.
  6. Now sprinkle cheese and chili powder on the top surface.
  7. Cover the frypan and cook for another 5-10 mints, till cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot.
